If yes then you can use outlook profile to send mails.

yes, the outlook is working fine (in the intranet environment).
How can I do that? I tried smtp.live.com but my company emails is like @companyname.sg

You just need to open ports and firewall for same.
For this you may need to raise ticket and follow the procedure as per company’s policy.
