How to select Pivot values from Excel

Hey Community,

I have different sheets in an Excel file abc.xlsx. In which I have one different pivot table on behalf of that I copy the data and paste it into a new Excel sheet.

However, the issue I am facing is I am unable to select the desired value in the table. I am using Select items but as I mentioned above my sheet has multiple pages so the page which has the pivot table doesn’t open by default.

Attached herewith is the screenshot of the table from which I want to select values one by one.

Any suggestions will be highly appreciated.

Hi @Muhammad_Anas_Baloch ,

Try select range activity in excel application scope to activate the particular sheet and then you can try performing select item for the pivot table.

Select Range activity is available with classic activities
