How to select lastest link from Browser?

From my link to download file.
I have to select the lastest file ,as the pic it is the third link.
For the name I select by variable as “xFile”
But I don’t know how to select the lastest link?

Please advise for the solution.

Can you check the title is same as the window title?

Let’s me explain step of my workflow
1.afer enter to link. It 's not show the check box.
RPA_01
2.I must hover mouse to the record that want to download and it will show check box to click select.
RPA_02
3.click the check box it will be as pic.
RPA_03

In my RPA , I must use mouse hover activites before right? But how can I select the lastest file that in the last record? Please advise.
