How to select item from drop down for web

I want to select item from drop down having different screen but select same item from drop down I try Click, select item and recording for web but it selects for one screen and for other screen it show me error

Can you please share a screenshot of your Application and the element in which you are trying to select the Item?

Usually ypu can use Select Item or Select Multiple items to select values from the Dropdown. But few dropdowns will not support that. If that is the case you have to go with Multiple click activities to achieve that.
