How to select element when mouse moves on it then element appears

Can anyone help me with how to do it… I want to select the latest version “C” of searched result for that I to have to scroll right move the mouse over it and select the dropdown element

You can use any of these approach:

1 - Use highlight activity and inspect the last column.
or
2 - Click on Arrow button till it reaches to end.
or
3 - Click any of the item and use hotkey to press “end”.

I have managed with by enabling modern design in project settings and using web recording and I have got the output.
