How to select dropdown form excel

Hello,

I need to check/varify selcted value in drop down is applicable or not if not then i need to switch to “applicable”

means if not applicable is already seelcted then

my expected output is -

i have more fields aswell to do this in excel.
is any excel activity is there to select dropdown values in excel?
how can i achieve this?
help me on same.

you can open excel by marking check on visible checkbox in excel activity. Then use ctrl + g to go to the cell. Using hotkeys for traversing to cells is a good option here. then use hot key again to press enter and down arrow to change the value. you can use write cell plus hot key also

you can directly use a write cell and write the exact value and it should be preserving the value

You can use VBA macro code for this. Just record the interaction and make the code dynamic to select the dropdown item
