How to select all files like ctr+a from a folder and upload in one go

I am uploading in a window application.
Manually we are using CTRL+A (for selecting all files)and clicking on upload button.
its allowing to upload all files in one go.

If your application support that procedure you can automate by setting the same steps.

Just i want to select only .doc files form a given folder. How to ignore other files and folders?
