How to schedule activities, without an orchestrator

Hi to all,
I need to schedule the activity of a machine, to launch some reports.
I have such a table.
Every 30 minutes, I have to run one or more reports.
The report consists in opening a direct LINK to the .csv file, and saving the .csv with the relative name.

Each name: “Report_01”, “Report_02” … etc …
corresponds to a direct web link to the csv.
Clearly, each report must start after the previous one is finished.
Can anyone help me with this?

You want to run a process in a scheduled way without orchestrator where it generates some report.
