How to save file from outlook and edit name?

I want to read outlook and save file.
By name file as original name file+name sender

Ex. sender (aaa@gmail.com) attachfile name report ----> I want save file and edit file name = report_aaa
sender (tom@gmail.com) attachfile name report ----> I want save file and edit file name = report_tom

Please guide me about it.

after saving the attachments, u can rename it using according the sendername too
