How to save excel file from eml link

Hi Team,

Can anyone help me how to download excel from an eml link which we are saving in a folder.

If eml link is clicked then we can download excel file.

How it is done manually
We do the same here
Like as you said if we can download a excel file on clicking a link, then normal click would work
Kindly correct me if I haven’t taken the question exactly
