When I am using the remote desktop of my PC it will show these error ?

Your question on run process into a remote desktop is not very descriptive.
But I’m assuming that your Robot is running on your desktop and manipulating an RDP Screen?
If this assumption is correct, then your Desktop screen must be unlocked and your Robot will need to see the RDP Screen.
I strongly recommend continue using Remote Desktop.
But instead to use your physical for development, set two VMs,
One to be your Development machine and the second to be VM where you will run your processes.
Keep the configuration in both exactly the same to mitigate software difference and selector issues.
If your automation is dealing with Remote Desktop session, maybe you need something like computer vision to support the processes.
To sum up, dedicated machines for each purposes, development and execution.
