How to run a JOB when a user receives a specific email

Hello. I am currently running a cloud orchestrator and several UR.
As the title says, I’m wondering how to run a JOB when a user receives a specific mail (specified subject).
I don’t want to have a bot running around and checking for mail, but I was wondering if there is a way to do it automatically or if there is a better way to do it?

As per my knowledge ,i don’t see any mail monitoring service activity in Uipath Studio. But i think there is an option by which you can monitor the mailbox as a service using powershell scripts and trigger the Uipath bot using REST web service if it meets the required criteria.

Hello! I have a few processes i need to run, when i receive a specifik email. Right now i am just running the robot every few minutes in at specific time period. Is there a better way, that won’t take up the robots time? Like a way to monitor Outlook and trigger the process through the Orchestrator when the mail arrives? Cheers!

You should be using Integration Services which is designed for this kind of requirement.

Absolutely agree with this. The other links like checking email every 30 seconds, are extremely outdated and should never be used.
