How to round off the amount column by using the last decimal in Excel?

Hi Everyone,

Can somebody please help me to understand how we can round off the amount value by considering the last decimal number

Condition -
x.x1 to x.x4 roundoff to x.x0
x.x5 remains x.x5
x.x6 to x.x9 roundoff to x.x5

164.99 → 164.95
164.90 → 164.90 (remains same)
164.91 → 164.90
164.95 → 164.95 (remains same)
