How to retry open browser

I try to retry open browser if it is close

i use the retry scope but it is now working with me

could any one help me please thanks

what scenario does Open Browser fails? Are you seeing such a scenario?

i mean when i open browser , then it is close before finish all process i want to retry open again 3 times .

now i get like this error
