How to retrieve the licence code of the current uipath version

I want to retrieve my licence code for my uipath current version.

Please anyone help me with it.

What issue are you facing ? Why you are trying to retrieve it ?

not actually retrieving but i want to find the licence code for my uipath.
Need to contact the technical support of uipath… and that requires the licence code.

When i am trying to use the citrix automation on the remote desktop then its showing version mismatch error. have the same version of the uipath 19.6.0. Still showing this issue.

Are you using Community or Enterprise Edition of UIpath ?

If you are using Community Edition then we don’t have any license code and UIpath won’t give any support.

Have you installed UIpathRemoteRuntime.exe file on Citrix machine to automate Citrix application. We can easily identify Selectors after installing that exe file.

If you still face any issues then use Computer Vision Activities to do this.

i downloaded the Remote Desktop Connection App Extension on the remote desktop and my system and then i connected the Remote Desktop Connection App to remote desktop and then trying to run the citrix automation on the but facing the issue for this.

try to delete the folders for UiPath Studio inside Remote Desktop Connnection and try to reinstall it again
