How to Retrieve Emails from a Shared Inbox using Get Outlook Mail Messages

There are scenarios where a user cannot use the alternative of Get Exchange Mail Messages and is required to retrieve mail messages from their shared inbox via Get Outlook Mail Messages. This article explains how to set it up.

  1. Open Outlook and verify the name of your Shared Inbox and the name of the “Inbox” folder directly under it.

    2. Go to your Get Outlook Mail Messages Activity and fill in the Account field with your Shared Inbox folder name and the MailFolder field with your Inbox folder name.
