How to reply on an email like what we did in any email application?

Hi,

There were some discussions on this topic mid last year but no solution or even workaround.

Is there any solution for this issue except automating the email application to reply email?
This workaround will have to be updated whenever the email application being upgraded.

@ovi need you on this one? We could create a custom package I guess but would be a nice feature to add a Include Original Message tick box in the properties…?

I know, it has been discussed and people really want this, but from what i know, the reply format depends on the mail client and for now this feature has been delayed. The workaround is as you suggested: custom activity.
