How to reply back outlook emails

I searched and executed all the related topics for this but I didnt found any topic to be useful because it is just sending a new email with same subject. I need bot to send reply message not new message

@lakshman, I need to reply back to the mail means mail should go back to the from address, But in this xaml file you took item.To.ToString. why?

Sorry. Please change it to From.

@lakshman, thanks but still the same problem, it is sending new message not replying it back
