How to reorder rows in data table as per another data table condition

Hi,
I have 2 data tables. but the row orders are not matching. i need to arrange the rows as per another data table rows order.

DT1:

DateOfService Proc Charge AllowedAmount
04/20/2020 99284 5164.00 796.11
04/20/2020 96372 247.00 .00
04/20/2020 96372 247.00 .00
04/20/2020 J0696 60.00 .00
04/20/2020 J1885 130.00 .00

DT2:

i have above 2 data tables. i need to reorder the DT2 as per DT1. we can consider DataOfService, Proc and Charge columns for matching conditions.
pls help easy possible way!

You can sort both the table based on any particular criteria and then add the required columns to your output table.
