How to rename each file in a folder?

Hi,

I am new to this program and was wondering if it was capable of what I am trying to achieve.

Basically I have a list of file names in an excel workbook from cell A1 to A100 and a list of files in a folder. I am trying to rename each of the files with the name in my excel workbook in chronological order. What is the best way to go about this if this is possible?
