How to remove group of data match should remove the row in excel

Hi Team,

I want to remove matching data based on 4 column,

If two matching values found in columns “CCC DDD FFF GGG” those column value match and GGG column positive and negative values found i should remove.

If 3 matching values found in column “CCC DDD FFF GGG” those column value match and GGG positive and negative value found i should pick those three latest date value row and remove another two value.

column “BBB” value “1003-240910-00159” 240910 is date 24 year 09 month 10 is date

Please help me anyone for this.

sheet3 matching data removed to store to this sheet
