How to remove Empty rows or rows with whiteSpaces in excel file

Hello All,

I’m attaching my sample excel file for reference, In which rows 11,18,20,22 of Column has whitespaces in them.
I need to delete all the empty rows or rows with whitespaces in excel file.

Any leads or help is much appreciated.
