I have multiple columns with empty values. If any columns contains values need to pick the value with column name.

How do you get “Name 2” for “Nirmal”?
And what about the text “ch” and “er” that are in column “Name 1” and “Name 2”?

I would encourage you to spend some time and develop your own using the screenshot as a reference. Reusing the workflow is obviously easy, but there’s no long term gain for you!
