How to remove dublicate rows from specific column?

Hi experts !
The scenerio is:
i have an excel file that have one column with multiple rows as same value, so i want to remove the dublicate value from specific column.

Hi @Prabin_Chand,

->First, read the excel and put it in a data table.
->Remove copys in dt with Remowe Duplicate activity.
->Print again to your same excel file.
