How to Remove AI Center Disk from Node

How to remove the AI Center disk from a node, in case of mistakenly configuring the AI Center disk on a node that should not host a pipeline.

Steps to Remove the Disk:

1. Run the following command to get the PV Name (for step 4): pvdisplay

2. Deactivate the Volume Group (VG): vgchange -an uipathstorevg

3. Remove the VG: vgremove uipathstorevg

4. Remove the Persistent Volume (PV): pvremove <PV Name where the VG Name was uipathstorevg in the pvdisplay output in the first command>

(example: pvremove /dev/sdh)

5. Remove the node label: kubectl label node <the node name> local-volume-provisioner-

The name of the node can be obtained with the kubectl get nodes command

Be sure to include the hyphen at the end with no whitespace

Example: kubectl label node server1 local-volume-provisioner-
