How to remove a signature

My environment:
UiPath 2022.10.7
UiPath.Mail.Activities 1.21.1
Outlook 2016

2 accounts have been added to Outlook, primary and secondary. A standard signature is configured for the main account, but no signature is selected for the secondary account.

I use the Send Mail activity in Use Desktop Outlook App to send emails with the email body from a Word document.

The problem is that the email is sent from a secondary account with the standard signature automatically added from the main account.

How to disable the signature for sent emails?

Thank you

Hi @P2L

Check out this thread

The IsBodyHtml checkbox is missing. Please check the screenshot.

You need to keep Body in HTML to get that option @P2L

  1. I need the Word Document option as email body.

  2. But to answer your question, when you switch to HTML, nothing changes. (Screenshot below)

@P2L

Keeping Word Document as Body I think you can pass that expression in HTML Body from text.

When I change the HTML body from file to Null, the email is still sent with the signature.

What can I put in HTML body from text if I don’t have text with HTML body?

I tested different combinations of signature settings in Outlook.

  • If a signature is selected for the first account but not for the second, an email will be sent with the signature.
  • If a signature is selected for the first account and for the second, the email will be sent with the signature from the first account.
  • If the signature is not selected for the first account but is for the second, the email will be sent without a signature.

At the moment, not a single option in the activity properties has disabled the signature.

For an attached robot, it is critical that the signature is not added automatically. If anyone has any ideas, please help.

Thank you
