How to reference a sheet with a title that stays the same but version number changes

Hello,

I am trying to reference a downloaded excel workbook from Sharepoint. Every time I try to perform Excel functions on the sheet I get an error because the sheet name stays the same but the version always changes. Please see screenshot for example.
