How to read tickets from Service Desk

Hi Guys,

I need a help. i need to read tickets open in service desk and perform that task according to subject. ex. if it is for user creation in AD or may be for IIS restart. i need to run that task according to there subject and first read that ticket to perform that task. can anyone tell which activity should i have to use for this task. if anybody know than please help me. Thanxx in advance.
