How to Read the latest mail form sender with subject and download the attachment in outlook

Kindly help guys if sender xyz@g.com sending mail with attachment with same subject with multiple times then we must need to take the latest attachment to download

get outlook activity will provide the option to get only some of the top unread mails from outlook

if you want to check the sender , after reading the unread mail use a for each and use item.sender.tostring will give the sender’
