How to read the email of that one subject that was assigned only?

In the comsetting folder there is email subject file to set the subject, when the robot runs robot will run and read the subject from the outlook email so how to create sequence so that the robot only reads that subject that has already assigned in the email subject file

You can use the filter option available in the get outlook mail activity

Check out the official documentation you will have a expression to filter only the subject you need
