How to read text from a PDF of different column structure

Hi All

I have a pdf where the structure is like different paragraphs are in different column format. But when i read the same using Google OCR engine the text of different columns come in a single line. It can not identify the structure of the pdf.

Can anyone tell me how can we read it properly as different lines for different columns.
