How to read pdf data and write into csv with comma format or with column header

I have the assignment of pdf data into csv file, this is my mail id kumarvinod14@gmail.com.please it is emergency i am trying but i am facing this issue i didn’t get any solution and i didn’t get any clarification so could you please send me the program.

Use read pdf text with ocr and use generated datatable and then use write csv activity
