How to read notepad which has xml response and extract data

Hi All,

I have webpage and get xml response out put i am writing in notepad how to extract data from it.
i need to get phone number,groupid and service provider name. pleas suggestget.txt (427 Bytes)

Tried retrieving service id and you can follow the same for phone number
