Use the Get Outlook Mail Messages activity
Set the following properties:
"Inbox" (or any folder like "Inbox/SubFolder")try setting set the Account to the shared mailbox email address
check this thread
Checked this one as well, Still facing same issue.
Tried it buddy, Still the same error.
Do you have a folder called “Groups” or where in Outlook is the screenshot taken?
Perhaps define property Mail folder as: Inbox\Groups\financialdisputes

Hi @SorenB
Thanks for your response, Just to clarity - financialdisputes is a shared group email ID for which one of our Default email account abc@abc.com got access to.
Since its a group email id, outlook classic displays the emails under the groups section.

I tried your example, but still the same.
![]()
Have you entered the right account?
In one of your screenshots you have “financialdisputes@..” as the account.
Is it possible that you could give a “wider” screenshot of the entire Outlook Menu?
I have been using Outlook activities on shared folders several times, so the functionality is there - it is just a matter of defining the correct folder, which can be troublesome ![]()
Yes, I have provided the right one. Just tried to mask it.
Try using O365 activity and use the “Get Mail” activity. In the account property mention your group email account the mails must be read from and the folder as “Inbox”.
Ideallu groups fall separate
So Groups\financialdisputes is what you may try
But again shared mailbox is different from a group and shared mailbox will have its own account setup unlike groups
Cheers
Have you tried putting / instead of \ as folder separator? like in orchestrator folders for example…
