How to read and store data from a oracle form

Hi
I am looking for advise on how to read and store data from a form. The extracted should use for input for another action.

If you look at my screenshot, there are two columns Type and Odette Seq (highlighted in red color). I want both data to concatenate and use the same in the text box (green color). This activity I want to perform multiple times until it reaches the end.

Please advise how can we automate it
