How to read a csv when it's being edited

I am trying to read a CSV file in a shared network.
Sometimes my bot fails to read the file when someone is editing it.
Is there a way to read the CSV file in this scenario?

No its not, its better to copy using copy file activity on the local a read it then :slight_smile:
