How to prove UiPath cannot access or download files in DU after enable CMKs?
Issue Description:
After enable CMKs on DU, the customer want us to prove that we UiPath, cannot access or download the files uploaded in DU.
Resolution:
To provide proof on this, we need help from the cloud team. We can ask the customer to provide two file names -- one before CMKs got enabled and one after it.
The cloud team can try to check the data in the Azure cloud and try to download the file. For the one before CMKs, the file should be able to get downloaded as the screenshot below.
For the one after CMKs are enabled, we should get an error 'File download error -- Failed to download the file. Error details: error 409 The blob is encrypted with cusotmer specified encryption, but it is not provided in the request. This can be proof that UiPath cannot access it.
