The Automation is already linked with the another test cases.
Open the Test manager and check the project is linked to any other test cases.

In TestManager a new project is created and nothing else it has related to any process.

If you have received the project from your team mates then please do ask them to unlink the project from their test manager and resend that xaml after unlinking.
