How to overcome the error of activating studio license

Installer(.exe or .msi):exe

License type(Free, Trial/License code): free

Studio/Robot version:studio

Current behavior: initailly i used trial version and now i am not able to use free version of studio. It is polling a error.

Refer the below post

Your Device ID will be linked to a trial code. That’s why you cannot activate Community Edition(Start free option). Please reach out to support:
