How to open ticket for certification

Hi,

I just did an exam and failed with 65%.

Is there a way to raise a ticket to understand what went wrong and what they realy expect?

I feel like you will pass the exam if you guess what they expect more then how much you have in experience in the product. Anyone can suggest?

Are you talking about role based certification in certificate.uipath.come site ?

If yes then they will provide the evaluation result like what went wrong in your process. Please check it there and i guess it may be there.
