I am trying to open and sign in to https://zoom.us using a service account, since my company has WS1 certificate enabled, what ever credentials(service account) I give it logs in using my WS1 credentials. I checked with my IT Team and they suggested below process.
On the task bark hold Shift key and right click
Click on “Run as different user”
This works when done manually (refer screenshot attached).

Hello ,
You can use UI automation to do this.
Use UI Automation- first select google chrome icon on desktop, then use type into activity and add special keys as “shift”. Then add activity -“click”(click type- right key). This gives you more options and shows " run as different user" option too. Click on run as different user and do the remaining automation as needed.
Added code to explain better Open_Chrome_as_different_user.zip (59.6 KB)
And I have checked with my IT team regarding using a different user to launch firefox, they said as per zero trust policy we will not be able to login as a different user.
Is there any other way I can login to zoom using a different SSO account, please suggest?
