I am trying to open and sign in to https://zoom.us using a service account, since my company has WS1 certificate enabled, what ever credentials(service account) I give it logs in using my WS1 credentials. I checked with my IT Team and they suggested below process.
- On the task bark hold Shift key and right click
- Click on “Run as different user”
This works when done manually (refer screenshot attached).
How to achieve the same through StudioX, i.e. how to open a firefox/chrome with different user.

You can use UI automation to do this.
Use UI Automation- first select google chrome icon on desktop, then use type into activity and add special keys as “shift”. Then add activity -“click”(click type- right key). This gives you more options and shows " run as different user" option too. Click on run as different user and do the remaining automation as needed.
