How to modify a html website?

I want to modify some lines in a website, the objective is change a string chain of characters, from this 123456789 to XXX-6789.

I will appreciate any idea or guide

Above screenshot does not tell a lot about selector of element you’re detecting.

Can you please paste selector itself of ui element?
