Hello team, we are looking for a migration of IXP/DU project to another tenant (For e.g. Dev to QA). In the Solutions can not select the IXP component so what would be the best way to migrate it to next tenant considering that the training and the model is retained the same way instead of doing it from scratch.
There is no Export option in the Publish menu. I’m added as project admin.
Basically we want to replicate the same IXP project to another tenant.

Hello all, Any solution to this problem. We are using unstructured document project in IXP. The above link does not apply to the IXP projects.
You can’t directly migrate IXP/DU components via Solutions. The best way is to export the training documents and annotations from the source tenant, then recreate or retrain the model in the target tenant. If using ML Extractors, you can publish the model as an ML Skill in the source tenant and redeploy it in the target tenant. Update the target process to use the new model.

To export an IXP project for Unstructured and Complex Document Type, you just have to export the taxonomy from one tenant and then import it in other tenant. The labelled/annotated data cannot be exported currently, but this pose no problem as this data is not at all used for training your IXP model, it is just the taxonomy(the prompts/instructions) which defines the model. The annotated data is just used for evaluating and validating the model’s performance.
