You can use readrange for the first excel data

Then use append Range workbook activity for the excel sheet to append

Read Excel2 and Excel3 and then use append range activity on Excel1 to add all the data

You can use copy paste range by giving where to read and paste

Or

Can read all the data and then use merge datatable activity to merge the tables ans then write back
