How to loop through each files in a folder and perform an activity in each file

I have a folder with emails in it. I want to execute a recorded activity to each of the email. Do anyone of you have any idea how can I get it performed?

I did some change to it but realized that the loop performed on the same email instead of the others. Will you know the reason?
