How to Look for Pdf documents based on the excel data

Let me consider an example: there are some check boxes for providing some documents in a form, if a person marked tick then need to provide that document, if not marked then no need to provide document. How Can we do this in Uipath?

the documents are in a specific folder.

Hello @raju_alakuntla ,
If the files are stored in a shared folder, after submitting the form, move the files from shared folder to user’s local folder. This has to be done after checking the value of checkbox- to see if it’s checked or not.
