how to login on web panel for on premise ui path orchastrator with default tenant.

Web panel? What it means?
By the by, which version of Orchestrator are you using?
If already Orchestrator is installed you can ask your team for the URL which is configured

once u access the URL it will provide a window to enter organization which will be Default
and then admin username and password . It should work if u have right creds
