How to log an incident with service now in an organisation with SSO authentication

Hai I all I work in an organisation where my services now Instance is logged in Directly with the SSO when I was working to rise an incident in UIpath what should I need to give under username and password of that instance in service now scope activity

SSO is an organisationl authentication when if we connect to organisation VPN using our user ID and one time password generated every time
If we are not connected to any VPN and using open internet it asks for user name and one time password while entering any of the company internal sites same as for service now instance can any one help me in this
