How to link three pc's through orchestrator using uipath enterprise edition

There are 3 PCs. first pc use for developing. second pc use for orchestrator(server pc). third pc use to run the robot(client pc). how to link all 3 PCs and make communication between all three in Uipath enterprise edition.

it would be appreciated if you could give me a complete guide on this scenario.
