How to link a Robot account with the process used by UiPath Apps? How to secure the process to run only with the particular Robot account?

In order to be able to run an application, add organization users in Orchestrator, by performing the below procedure,

  1. Go to Apps and click on the desired application
  2. Go to Manage Access tab
  3. Click on "+Assign Role" add the desired user and desired role.

To secure the process to run only with the particular Robot account,

  1. Create a new machine template
  2. Map the machine only with the particular user account
  3. Create a new modern folder, add the user, machine template, and the process to the new folder.

Now, the process can be executed only with the particular Robot (only in the case if the process is not present in other folders).
